Based in Columbus, Ohio, our account managers are AEP Energy employees, not contracted by a third-party partner. This is important to us because it means they live up to our mission, vision and values, and are always committed to doing the right thing for our customers.

  • Sending important reminders or updates about your contract or price plan
  • Discussing pricing for your contract renewal
