AEP Energy is a very earth-friendly and supportive customer resource. I highly recommend to anyone looking to make some difference toward reducing greenhouse gas and the global warming phenomenon. AEP Energy gives me that opportunity with its variety and price range. I renewed because I believe it is a responsible company, reliable and eco-friendly.

D.W. Altoona, PA

I find dealing with companies over the phone a pain. I have to say dealing with the AEP [Energy] Enrollment Specialist was one of the BEST experiences I’ve had. He was clear about the services, answered all my questions, and checked to be sure I understood everything. I especially appreciated knowing that an outside company verifies what AEP Energy and I agreed to. Great service.

Mark B Allison Park, PA

Good price. I trust AEP [Energy] and its very reliable service.

Mike F. Oakmont, PA

I chose AEP [Energy] because they offer renewable energy credits at a competitive price, and they don’t try any shady business. There are no early termination fees, no jacking up the price when your contract ends. Straightforward product description, informing you when your contract ends and moves to month-to-month.

Allison G. Pittsburgh, PA

Easy setup. Great company.

Robert H. Scott Township, PA

I have been an AEP Energy customer for some time now and recently reenrolled again. I scan the electric rates weekly as they are posted and have done this for years. I am pleased that AEP Energy has continually been in the fair market range of prices. I am most pleased that there are no fees to change out or incur and that billing has always been correct and no issues in the years of service.

Mike P. Pittsburgh, PA

AEP [Energy] offers the most competitive rates without any entanglements (monthly service fees, cancelation fees, etc.). Additionally, their website was very user-friendly and a snap to use. Before pulling the trigger on your provider decision, you owe it to yourself to visit AEP [Energy].

Robert T. Bethel Park

I’m pleased to say that I’ve been with AEP Energy for several years now and have renewed my agreement many times. I find their rate per KWH very competitive (if not the lowest per KWH). I have never had a problem and plan on staying with AEP Energy.

Tom G. Johnstown, PA
