Meet our Panelists

Tim Farquer, Superintendent/Curriculum Director, Williamsfield Schools

With over 25 years of public education experience, Tim Farquer is the Superintendent/Curriculum Director for Williamsfield Schools and administrative lead for the Bus-2-Grid Initiative. He is a Senior Advisor within World Resource Initiative’s Electric School Bus Program with a focus on technical assistance for school districts.

Jason Sherman, Director of Facilities and Transportation, Delaware City Schools

A school transportation director for 26 years, Jason has worked in several different states and with multiple districts to develop solutions for their transportation goals. Jason is active in Ohio Association for Pupil Transportation and enjoys training and mentoring those interested in career advancement within the industry.

Kenni Jean Schrader, Transportation Supervisor, Three Rivers Community Schools

Dedicated to providing a safe transportation culture for students, Kenni Jean oversees a fleet of twenty-four routes, covering 139 square miles, transporting 1400 general education and special education students daily in her adopted hometown of Three Rivers, Michigan.

Royce Duffy, Director of Transportation, Zenith Academy

With over 15 years in the transportation business, Duffy is a Master Driver trainer and Director of Transportation for Zenith Academy. His school’s fleet of electric buses are used daily throughout the Columbus metro area.
